FAQ

Yes: these are expense reimbursements, not salary. Within the ceilings and if the conditions are met, they are net: no tax, no NSSO contributions. Over a full year, office + internet + PC + parking can add up to about €2,600 net.

Yes: the office allowance goes with €20 internet and €20 personal PC. The peripherals allowance (€5 per device, max €10) is only without a personal PC.

For the office allowance, NSSO does not require prorating. You need the equivalent of one day a week at home, also if you work part-time.

A regular rhythm, not a one-off day. For example 1 day a week, 1 week a month, or 2 hours a day over 5 days. Work that could also have been done at the office.

No for internet and the PC. The internet allowance is if the connection is not already paid. The PC allowance is if it is your own computer. The office allowance, yes, if you telework as required.
